How do I claim a username?
Once logged in, visit the Claims page and enter your hytale username. You'll receive a token that you can verify by joining our server at the provided IP address. Once verified, the username will be linked to your HyTags account.
How often is username data updated?
Username data is automatically refreshed based on activity. Popular and priority usernames are checked every 3 days, while standard usernames are updated every 7 days. You can also trigger manual updates by viewing a username profile.
What badges can I earn?
Badges are automatically awarded based on various criteria including OG usernames (3-4 letters), popularity (view counts), early access accounts, staff status, and more. Visit the Badges page to see all available badges and their requirements.
Can I track username changes?
Yes! Every username profile includes a complete history showing all previous usernames associated with that UUID. This allows you to see when a player changed their name and what names they've used in the past.
